2. Description of Service & AI Disclaimer

The Service provides rock, mineral, and crystal identification using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Accuracy Not Guaranteed: The identification results provided by the App are estimated based on visual analysis and may not be 100% accurate. The App should not be used as the sole basis for identifying rare, valuable, or toxic minerals.
• Not Professional Advice: The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional geological consultation, gemological valuation, or appraisal.
• Valuation Estimates: Any price or value estimates provided are market approximations and should not be used for commercial trading or investment decisions.

3. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Content regarding "Crystal Healing," "Energy," or "Metaphysical Properties" is for entertainment purposes only.

• The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly, or annually).

• Renewal: At the end of each billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting the App Store/Google Play support directly.

5. User Content

By posting photos or content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service (e.g., to improve our AI models).

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of [Company Name] and its licensors.
