Common questions
Where do my deleted photos go?
Nothing is deleted until you confirm. Deletions go to the Photos app's
Recently Deleted album, where iOS keeps them for 30 days.
How is the "Best" photo chosen?
Every photo gets a focus score measured from the edge detail in the frame.
Shots taken seconds apart are grouped by visual fingerprint, and the
sharpest frame in each group is marked Best.
Do my photos or contacts leave my iPhone?
No. Focus scoring, fingerprinting, grouping and contact comparison all run
on your device. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account to create.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Subscriptions are
billed by Apple, so cancellation happens there rather than in Crisply.
I restored a purchase but Pro is not active.
Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase,
then tap Restore Purchases in Crisply's Settings. If it still does not
unlock, email us and we will sort it out.
